Oriyent provides software tools for data collection, mapping, workflow management, reporting, and field operations.

By using our Services, you confirm that:

You grant Oriyent a limited licence to use, store, process, and display Customer Data for the purpose of providing the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use any data, including personal or third-party information.

All intellectual property in the Services, including software, branding, and content, remains the property of Oriyent or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

Some features of Oriyent may require payment. You agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees
• Provide accurate billing information
• Comply with subscription terms

Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise stated.

Oriyent may integrate with or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or performance.

We aim to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

We implement reasonable security measures, but you acknowledge that no system is completely secure.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Use the Services unlawfully
• Fail to pay applicable fees

You may stop using the Services at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Services are provided "as is" without warranties
• Oriyent is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months

You agree to indemnify Oriyent against claims arising from:

• Your misuse of the Services
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
